The staff was very friendly and the place simple and cosy. For my haircut, I was looking for smooth lines and symmetry. However, perhaps due to language barriers my haircut did not turned out what I was expecting. I was unable to notice on the spot the actual haircut, because (although not required) my hair was slightly styled. I noticed it only after I went home and straightened it. The following morning I had to go back to fix it, however although it was a bit better, was still not good. I have rich hair and perhaps this was an issue… For cutting my hair, without washing, I have spent in total 80 minutes, 50 the first day and another 30 the following morning. The length of my hair went from hips to a bit over the shoulders, and I still need to go to a stylist to fix it. Sadly, I've also got the feeling that a part of my hair was kept without my consent. My hair was first cut, in a bunch of about 20 cm long, and set aside. At the end, when I returned from the ATM (I couldn’t pay with the “Pin card”), the hair was gone. I checked the floor and I noticed it wasn’t there either. Well, as I said this is just my feeling; it might be another logical explanation for my observations… One thing I would advise the new customers is, to ask an estimate for the service up front. The first day (the day of the appointment) I have paid, without being offered a receipt, 40 euros, which is 60% more than the displayed price of 25 euros. The following day, I didn't pay anything extra. This is my personal experience, it doesn't mean it's representative, but maybe helps someone.

Een goede behandeling. Klantvriendelijk en een mooie coupe! Sfeer was goed, de eigenaar aardig. Massage had niet gehoeven, maar is maar waar je van houdt.

vriendelijk ontvangen. werd tijdens t knippen wel veel gestoord/afgeleid. was n beetje scheef geknipt, maar t eindresultaat zag er goed uit!
