Sophie is a holistic massage therapist and teacher from the UK. She is also a keen Tai chi and mindfulness practitioner and teacher and enjoys bringing in the principles from these wellbeing practices into her massage work. By combining a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, joint mobilisations, energy work and more Sophie is able to give a truly holistic approach to any client that comes for a treatment. During each session you will discuss your massage needs with Sophie and how you are feeling in mind and body, then together you will create a massage treatment plan to suit you best so you can get the most out of your session.
