I booked an hour massage at 19:00. I was there five minutes before, they asked me to pay up front so they could close the tills, and I was laid to wait for the masseuse that didn’t show up until 19:07 (I checked the time). The massage felt rushed and we finished up just before 20:00. I said I wasn’t entirely happy since it was shorter, the receptionist apologized and nothing more - I felt like I had to leave immediately as they closed at 20:00. I am disappointed, and I usually like this place!
