Wasn’t a wax, was threading... 40 minutes late and the man is extremely rude. 2nd time something’s gone wrong here, kept booking because of how good my wax was the first time and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but have never had the same experience since. He says the waxist is only there on Wednesdays. Why is it available to book every day then? Won’t book again.

Hair colour is nice, but hair was cut more than five centimetres too short and in an unflattering manner. I'm going to have to tie my hair up for some time.
