I’ve had a few massages here and usually they are good but sadly yesterday the lady seemed very distracted. It’s a shame as I was very looking forward to it and regret not speaking up to ask her what was happening as she kept pausing and I didn’t feel like I had her full attention. I’m not sure I’ll go back now but maybe she was having a bad day.

The therapist was kind, but unfortunately the massage itself was very disappointing.
The treatment felt rushed and unstructured. The pressure was not firm enough, even though I asked several times if it could be stronger. Muscle knots were supposedly included (deep tissue) but in practice this was hardly done.
The movements felt chaotic and inconsistent, they were not properly completed and not fully symmetric left/right.
I emailed my feedback but got no response.
