Whenevr I visit there they always ask about what services I have selected for the appointment. But this time I booked appointment for my husband fo hair cut and wash. But they just simply cut hair and provided the bill. They never gave hair wash and when we complained about this, the staff was very arrogant in saying that you should have told us. Excuse me this was in my appointment you should have confirmed for the wash before just starting to cut. This was really a bad experience this time.
