Veronica was very nice, but clearly not a good listener, as I mentioned not to do my brows tail too long (with the henna) as I was missing hairs, she did exactly the opposite. Unfortunately, you can’t fix that so I left with different expectations. Never showed for me to approve before the tinting, and freehand the henna tinting. She did shaped them great.

Just had my 8th laser session, and I’m still so happy with the results! The process is always smooth, professional, and comfortable. The team is super knowledgeable, and I appreciate how they make sure everything is done with care. Definitely noticing long-term results—highly recommend!
