your came highly recommended for Cheyene's great hair cut.
Before my appointment, I contacted the salon to explain that I had accidentally booked only a haircut but also wanted a root touch-up. We exchanged several emails and agreed on a plan: another stylist would do my color at 3:00 PM, and Cheyenne would do my haircut. I specifically mentioned that I wanted the cut with Cheyenne because she had been strongly recommended to me, and the salon confirmed this arrangement.
Unfortunately, that agreement wasn’t honored. What disappointed me most wasn’t the scheduling issue itself, but the lack of transparency and communication. I had clearly explained what was important to me, yet I left feeling that my preferences weren’t really heard. They didn't do planning for Cheyenne considering our agreement and directed me to another stylist saying I'd wait too long otherwise, and my original booking time for hair cut with Cheyene is not available anymore. When I wanted to leave because of the situation they caused, they said I should pay fine for cancelling 😡
The person who took care of me was great, and polite throughout, but customer experience is also about keeping commitments and communicating openly, timely when plans change. I hope this feedback helps them improve..

I had to wait an extended period after the booked time for the appointment to start, which was very frustrating. That said, Justin knows colour extremely well and my hair is beautiful. Recommended ❤️
