Afgelopen zaterdag ben ik bij Brush geweest om mijn haar te laten verven en ik ben zó tevreden met het resultaat! 😍 Er werd echt goed geluisterd naar wat ik wilde en het is uiteindelijk nog mooier geworden dan ik had verwacht. De service was super vriendelijk en professioneel, ik voelde me meteen op m’n gemak. Echt een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een kapper die de tijd voor je neemt en topkwaliteit levert. Ik kom hier zeker terug! ✨
Justin heeft mij fijn geholpen met een repair treatment. En mijn haar weer in evenwicht gebracht met donkere highlights, he gets it. Erg blij mee!
I went to BRUSH today and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. I had booked my appointment more than a week in advance for 17:00, and on the day I received a call asking if I could move it to 18:00, which was initially fine. However, after arriving, I still waited around another hour, to the point where I eventually had to leave without even getting the haircut I had booked. I completely understand that delays can happen, but having an appointment effectively delayed by almost two hours, especially at the prices charged, was honestly frustrating. During the wait, there was also no communication regarding timing, nor even basic hospitality such as offering water or coffee while waiting. What also disappointed me was that when I explained I could not stay any longer, I felt that good customer service would perhaps have been to offer to reschedule the appointment with some kind of gesture, such as a discount or similar, considering the situation. Instead, the response was simply “I’m so sorry, hope to see you in the future,” which honestly did not leave me feeling valued as a customer, especially after a first experience like this. I was genuinely looking forward to the experience, which is why this was disappointing.
The staff was friendly and the color result looked great. I'm happy with how my hair turned out. That said, two things caught me off guard. My appointment started about 35 minutes late. Also, an additional €40 charge for hair length was only mentioned at the end of the session. It would have been helpful to know this upfront when booking, so there are no surprises at checkout.
The colour was great but I do think it was overbooked for the amount of clients. I was waiting with cold wet hair for over ten minutes in the chair and then the hair dry was rushed, I left with my hair still wet. Small things like no head massage with the wash felt missing for the price.
