They didn’t understand English and judged me based on my looks, which is completely wrong. everyone deserves respect regardless of appearance. Service was pathetic: the hair wash lady didn’t just wash my hair but my face too, and who applies conditioner near the roots? Don’t they check preferences? For the haircut, I asked for layers, but I don’t know what I got. It looks like long layers first and then shorter ones, not aligned. I clearly said no blow dry yet she did! Pure ignorance!!

I had a great experience at Naz Hair Salon! Booking an appointment was super easy, and they were very welcoming. Naz was very precise and careful with my haircut, paying attention to all the details. I’m really happy with the result — my hair looks healthy and neat. Definitely recommend this salon if you’re looking for professional and friendly service!
