Had an appointment for my daughter.Disappointing fact :The appointment did not start at stipulated time. I had to wait like 15-20 mins. Then when our turn came ,the way she communicated with my daughter she got bit scared.I ask her not to make use of clips she is feeling bit uncomfortable.But the lady she without clips I can’t do haircut and she cancelled our appointment. so for me it was total waste of time. So she is not so kids friendly.For adults she might be good but in our case , it was disappointing

I’ve been living in Nieuwegein for quite sometime now and have tried a lot of salons and I can say she’s the only good one in the area. Even men’s salons nearby don’t seem to be as good as her. She’s also really friendly and ask for what I want before each haircut. Totally recommend the place.
Asked two layers hair style, got straight hair which I specifically told I don't want, got a haircut that lasted for 10minutes and that I would be able to do myself. Also, I left the saloon with hair still wet. The only thing why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because stylist did recommend some products for hair care. Which I'm afraid to try now, though.
Update. When my hair dryed, it looked good. I guess the stylist knew what she was doing. Still, I wish I was consulted before she decided to change the plan.
Highly unprofessional and Rude. She cancelled my appointment 2 times after confirming the appointment
and third time after going there I had to wait more than half an hour. I didn't like her work as well. Not recommended at all.
