Albert is an amazing therapist. He has the ability to make me feel comfortable within seconds. He really takes his time to get to know you and your body. What I like most about Albert is that he is really present and I can feel that he genuinely cares for people and their health and well-being. He is very professional and has a lot of holistic knowledge. I would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Albert at Postural Patterns. I have been going to him for structural bodywork, and he is incredibly intuitive, thoughtful, professional and effective. I have been striving to take better care of myself in general, and sessions with Albert go hand in hand with building a better mind/body connection. I am more connected to myself than ever, experience less pain, and I can't thank Albert enough.
