I had a great massage in a nice place with good relaxing music and a trustworthy massage therapist. It was nice to have a introductory talk to see what is best in that moment.
Some techniques Robert uses made me get in touch with parts in my body that i usually dont feel that way. And it is allways nice for me to explore my own body in ways that are new to me to become even more embodied in a nice way.
Thanks man ! See you next time :-)

As a felliwllAlbert is a very good therapist with clear vision, he could see right through me and the treatment really helped me realize certain patterns I hold on to. Releasing a lot of tension and helping me relax and feel free. I truly recommend a treatment by Albert.

Albert is a very friendly and skilled therapist who knows what he is doing. He created a safe and trusted atmosphere. I looked for help with my aching lower back, he eased the tension and the pain in an hour. I even got homework to practice. I really liked his approach to teach people how to improve their posture on their own, independently from treatments with long term benefits. I'm going to go back next year for further lessons of improvements. He is very thorough and insightful.
